Pre-Travel Screening (COVID-19 NAAT/PCR Nasal Swab Collection)

• STOP - If you are not feeling well or have been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, DO NOT schedule an appointment.  Please contact your healthcare provider.
• COVID-19 testing collections by appointment only
• Non-Exposure Testing ONLY related to COVID-19 pre-travel CLEARANCE
• To ensure your results come back in time, please plan on getting your screening between 48 and 72 hours before your flight departure.
• To access your lab results, whether they are positive or negative, visit ClinicalLabs.com/patient for steps to retrieve your results online.
• Please know travelers are required to have results on hand when travelling for review by airport screeners.

Items required when you arrive for your appointment:

• Appointment confirmation number (one appointment per person)
• Photo ID
• Insurance card
• Lab order from a licensed healthcare provider (paper or electronic)
