FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT ACCESSING LAB RESULTS ON THE WEB FOR CLINICAL LABS OF HAWAII, LLP (CLH)
How do I access the lab results web site?
Physicians need to sign up as participants. Ask your field representative for a demonstration and for sign up instructions. Once that is done, go to http://www.clhlabs.com and click on secured lab results. Sign on with your name and password. Your field representative will walk you through the whole process at appropriate time.
Can I access the lab results of other Doctors?
It depends. If you are listed as a referring or copy-to physician for an order, you can view results even if the originating physician is not a participant. However, a physician who you designate as a referring or copy-to physician for an order cannot access results unless s/he is a participant.
In addition, your practice can be set up as a group with any number of physicians or staff. All of whom can have access to the group's patient results.
How long are the results available on the website?
Right now there is no cut off date.
How much does it cost to sign up with CLH?
