Human Resources Staffing Coordinator
Job Summary
The Human Resources Director works as a business partner with the executive team to lead the people initiatives. The individual will lead a dynamic team of HR professionals in all aspects of people systems, such as, talent acquisition, employee relations, training & development, compensation, and benefit administration. Provides advisory, interpretive, analytical and operational human resources services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- PHR or SPHR preferred.
- Knowledgeable in Hawaii employment laws and regulations.
- Minimum five (5) years experience as a human resources generalist, preferably in a healthcare or laboratory setting.
- Minimum three (3) years prior leadership experience.
- Excellent and proven leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft computer applications.
- Excellent English communication (verbal and written) skills, including by telephone.
- Passes company drug testing program pre-hire and thereafter on a periodic and/or random.
