Human Resources Staffing Coordinator

Job Summary

The Human Resources Director works as a business partner with the executive team to lead the people initiatives. The individual will lead a dynamic team of HR professionals in all aspects of people systems, such as, talent acquisition, employee relations, training & development, compensation, and benefit administration. Provides advisory, interpretive, analytical and operational human resources services.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  2. PHR or SPHR preferred.
  3. Knowledgeable in Hawaii employment laws and regulations.
  4. Minimum five (5) years experience as a human resources generalist, preferably in a healthcare or laboratory setting.
  5. Minimum three (3) years prior leadership experience.
  6. Excellent and proven leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  7. Excellent organizational skills.
  8. Knowledgeable in Microsoft computer applications.
  9. Excellent English communication (verbal and written) skills, including by telephone.
  10. Passes company drug testing program pre-hire and thereafter on a periodic and/or random.
