Education Coordinator (Technical)

Job Summary

The Education Coordinator plans, develops, coordinates, and conducts appropriate educational programs for all personnel, including new employees, and clinical site students. Develops and monitors programs to meet compliance, regulatory and accreditation parameters, and ensures the educational programs are effective. Performs training needs assessments as required.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in medical science or related field.
  2. Knowledgeable in employment laws and regulations.
  3. Experience in assessing and conducting educational programs, preferably in a healthcare or laboratory setting.
  4. Knowledgeable in laboratory compliance and regulations.
  5. Knowledgeable in Microsoft computer applications.
  6. Excellent interpersonal, organizational and customer service skills.
  7. Excellent English communication (verbal and written) skills, including by telephone.
