Project Manager
Job Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for managing several projects within the constraints of scope, quality, time and cost, to deliver specific requirements and meet customer satisfaction. May lead a team of no more than 10 people on a project in close partnership with the identified business champion.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, in business or information technology preferred. Master degree in Business preferred.
- Minimum 2 (two) years project management experience, preferred in a healthcare setting.
- Project Management Professional certification, preferred.
- Proven ability to be goal and results focused.
- Proven ability to be self-motivated and self-disciplined to obtain results.
- Proven ability to project plan.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent ability to influence others without formal authority.
- Excellent ability to motivate others and delegate responsibility.
- Excellent business acumen and financial analysis skills.
- Proven ability to meet customer needs.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite skills, project management technology skills a plus.
- Excellent English communication (verbal and written) skills, including by telephone.
- Passes company drug testing program pre-hire and thereafter on a periodic and/or random basis.
