Client Services Representative

Job Summary

Provides accurate product and service information with timely resolution of issues to maintain total client/customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

1. High School Diploma or equivalent required. College degree preferred.
2. Minimum one (1) year laboratory experience required in a MT/MLT, LAS, or LA role, including knowledge of medical/laboratory terminology.
3. Able to specify specimen requirements relative to type, quantity and quality (special requirements).
4. Proficient use of computers with working knowledge of Company operated information systems.
5. Strong problem-solving and decision making skills required.
6. Passes company drug testing program pre-hire and thereafter on a periodic and/or random basis.
7. Excellent organizational skills.
8. Excellent English communication (verbal and written) skills, including by telephone.
