Administrative Assistant
Job Summary
Performs clerical and administrative functions for a designated manager(s) often dealing with sensitive and confidential information. Creates organized systems for paper, documents and computer documents. Maintains calendars and schedules. Creates communication items, like, letters and presentations. Conducts research and data entry of confidential patient/employee information. Coordinates meetings and events. Greets visitors/vendors. Handles various requests in a pleasant and professional manner.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. Some college preferred.
- Minimum two (2) years office experience required.
- Proficiency with various software including MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
- Ability to effectively use a 10-key calculator/pad.
- Strong clerical skills required.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Pleasant personality, professional demeanor, well-groomed and professional attire required.
- Excellent English communication (verbal and written) skills, including by telephone.
- Passes company drug testing program pre-hire and thereafter on a periodic and/or random basis.
