Client Account Representative
Job Summary:
The Client Account Representative partners with Sales Representatives to provide assistance in maintaining client relationships, new and existing. The CAR meets with clients on a regular schedule ensuring all needs are met in a timely manner. This includes investigation of physician-related and patient service center issues and problem solving in coordination with all levels of CLH.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree. Degree in Medical Technology or related Science field a plus.
- Possesses a valid and current Hawaii State driver's license, driver's abstract, and current Hawaii auto insurance.
- Minimum of 2-3 years in clinical laboratory services or related industry.
- Excellent relationship building and customer service skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft computer applications.
- Excellent English communication (written and verbal) skills, including by telephone.
