I.T. Analyst
Job Summary
The IT Analyst assists in the support and maintenance of the systems at CLH, participates in testing, validation and implementation of new systems, processes and technology applications at CLH.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Physical, Biological, Laboratory or Computer Science.
- MT or MLT certification with two years working experience in the various clinical laboratory sections preferable.
- One year experience in Laboratory Information Services (LIS) related areas preferable.
- An eagerness to learn is absolutely necessary.
- Possesses working knowledge of LIS and other mission-critical applications.
- Possesses advanced computer skills and knowledge of the network and peripheral devices used for the various systems. Also shows a willingness to learn more of the technical, procedural and support of those systems.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Excellent and proven problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent English communication skills, both (written and verbal) including by telephone.
